Motor Third-party Liability Insurance Losses

We provide inspection and liquidation of insured accidents for insurers:

• We provide inspections of damaged vehicles and property. We provide our own network of technicians. LAPA SERVICE is in affiliation with McLarens Young International and Global Claims Services and we offer inspections abroad in cooperation with our partners.
• We are filing documents, digitizing inspection materials, and forwarding them to an insurer for further processing in electrical format.
• We provide liquidation of insured accidents in our liquidation centre of the company; we calculate real amount of loss on vehicles and property; prepare proposals of insurance benefit including relevant sanctions.
• We assess the price of vehicle remaining parts via electronic market.
• We offer liquidation of damages to personal things and other movable and immovable assets
• We provide liquidation of damages to heath and/or death, including claims of heath insurance companies.
• We provide liquidation of loss-of-profit damages.
• We provide inspection of regression claims of insurance companies.
• We provide liquidation of claimed costs of legal representation.
• We elaborate reports for insurers in accordance with Directive 2000/26/EC of the European Parliament and the Council.
• We provide revision of loss events and settlement of insurance benefit.

 

Motor Damage Insurance Losses and Supplementary Insurance Losses

We provide inspection and liquidation of insured accidents for insurers:

• We provide inspections of damaged vehicles and property. We provide our own network of technicians. LAPA SERVICE is in affiliation with McLarens Young International and Global Claims Services and we offer inspections abroad in cooperation with our partners.
• We provide liquidation of insured accidents in our liquidation centre of the company; elaboration of item budgets and proposals of insurance benefit in accordance with insurance terms and conditions and insurer’s order; comparison of invoices with price lists; consultation with service centers
• We are filing documents, digitizing inspection materials, and forwarding them to an insurer for further processing in electrical format.
• Assessment of usual value of a vehicle and vehicle remaining parts via electronic market.
• We provide revision of loss events and settlement of insurance benefit.

 

Elaboration of Expert Opinions about Accidents, Costs on Repair of Vehicles, and Vehicle Rating

In cooperation with our experts we offer:

• Inspection of a vehicle, eventually localization, mapping, and documentation of a crash site by an expert; elaboration of an expert opinion as ordered (mostly examination of an accident, costs on repair of a vehicle, and usual price of a vehicle, etc.).
• Amendment of an expert opinion with comments of a surveyor.
